In addition to my massage therapy and bodywork practice, I am a massage therapy instructor and wellness educator.  Subjects I teach: massage theory and practice, pathology for massage therapists, ethics and legal issues, kinesiology, and a wide variety of wellness techniques.

HeartMath® Mentoring allows a deep dive into stress self-regulation, heart-brain coherence and resilience building techniques, through a series of one-to-one sessions in person or on the phone or in small face-to-face groups.

We can choose to increase resilience, decrease stress, befriend our bodies, and develop deep compassion for ourselves and others. 

Through the practice of therapeutic massage, Healing Touch, and HeartMath® techniques, I offer clients some beautiful options to enhance WellBeing.

I practice yoga. I paint silk fabrics, study Integral Enlightenment and meditation and engage with the amazing world of gardening and nature.  I am the adoring aunt of several nieces, nephews, a grandniece, a grandnephew and many godchildren, blood-related and soul-related. I also love to dance.
